Alberto is our resident fitness nut. He's a long-time bodybuilder who has recently picked up BJJ. He's an avid user of his grill and smoker, giving the rest of us mouth-watering jealousy. He's also put his ulcerative colitis into remission using a carnivore version of the ketogenic way of eating. Health and fitness are a large part of his life and he sets a high standard and example to follow.
