Show Notes
Corey Modrowski was a top 20 high school wrestler in Ohio. When he graduated from college, he'd grown to an unhealthy 330 pounds. Adding in stress and anxiety to a family history of diabetes and heart disease, and you have a classic example of a "big guy." Corey joins The Keto Man's Club Podcast this week to talk about how he's found a commitment to physical health, following keto and "rucking." If you aren't familiar with rucking, you'll want to download the show, throw some weights in a backpack and listen while you walk around your neighborhood. It's another great episode that will start your 2020 off with a big push!
